Knife Attack/ Defence

  

1.. ATTACK:- attacker left fighting stance.. step forward and stab

1.. DEFENCE:- defence, ready position.. step back with right leg, block with left hand, strike with right wrist to body, sweep and take down


2.. ATTACK:- attack left fighting stance, step forward figure of 8 attack

2.. DEFENCE:- defence, left fighting stance.. step back with left leg, move body out of way and block with right hand.. kick to body/head with right leg


3.. ATTACK:- attack left fighting stance, step forward, knife in right hand stabbing at top of head

3.. DEFENCE:- defence left fighting stance, shuffle forward with left leg, block with left hand and bring right hand in behind and figure 4 lock


4.. ATTACK:- attack.. left fighting stance, pick up knife with right hand, pass to left and lunge forward to stab stomach

4.. DEFENCE:- defence, left fighting stance, step round with right leg, block with left hand, take over wrist with right hand, strike with left hand to face, down to elbow, push up and go underneath and block/press hand into back


5.. ATTACK:- attack right fighting stance, step forward slash with left, pass to right step forward and stab to stomach

5.. DEFENCE:- defence right fighting stance, step back with right leg and then back again with right leg, bong sau block with left hand, grab with right, strike to face with left then break arm with taking left hand underneath attackers and pushing upwards
